The Story of My Blog
My blog’s story is my story. After completing M.Phil in Economics, I joined Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India for Ph.D. Before completing my study there, I joined University of Melbourne, Australia where I completed MCom degree. Then I went to Ohio State University, Columbus, USA to do my PhD again. Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete my PhD in Ohio State. Then I spent my time in teaching and reading books.
Throughout my university life, I kept a strong passion towards health and fitness topics. As a regular reader of health and fitness contents, I came to notice that navigating the world of wellness can be overwhelming, with conflicting advice and ever-evolving trends. I believe that everyone deserves access to reliable, evidence-based information about health and fitness. With this in mind, I founded Goodbyeillness in December 2022 when Covid-19 pandemic said goodbye to all of us. I assure you that my blog articles will cut through the noises and provide you with clear, actionable guidance. Although I am the only person responsible for this blog, I am getting a lot of support from my family in running this blog. Also, while I write articles, my friends in medical circle help me with the verification of medical/health facts. So, although Goodbyeillness is a one man blog in narrow sense, it is a team in broad sense.

Although I don’t have a formal background in health and fitness (except I studied health economics), please note that I never write about diseases and prescribe solutions to it. I am an avid reader of health and fitness topics and, as I mentioned earlier, I consult with my friends in medical profession to ensure the accuracy of my writings. And I always try my best to make sure that the content I create is of good quality and all facts in it are medically and scientifically true.
